Hooliday Maladies!
The infinite album of Overseasoned Music!
***but do keep in mind there
is a 5-20 second delay!!
We had to call in the robot repairman as all these TV Themes must have made it melt with Nostalgia! But the robot is back with TV Themes -remembered and repressed- that you've wanted to hear so badly!
Enjoy after a word from our sponsor!
In honor and fear of Summer, we broadcast these delightful TV Themes refracted by the heat of the Houston Airwaves. The robo-deejay is talking a little slow, but we forgive them.
In the Spirit of "Do unto oneself as you would have others do unto themselves" we turn a philosophical torrent of tonal experiments on our collections of "Favorite Jazz Standards".
Experimentation On Experimentation Off Experimentation Off Experimentation ON¡
No, no, Just kidding! After a long Hiatus, the Holiday Carol "Sweetner" is back! I don't know about you, but I love the old holiday songs (the new ones...? nsm) but I don't think I can bear to hear them the same old way all month. So here we are, celebrating the holidays around the world with carols in tunings from around the world. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Quick update; Since we're halfway through December now, we've added the possibility of playing any one of over 3500 tunings from around the world! See if you can recognize your favorite songs through the sonic prism of an exotic tuning!
We have brought back the old holiday tradition of surprise and tradition, forced into an unlikely musical recipe we call "In the Holiday Mode". We hope you enjoy this alternative!
Of course we can’t wait until all computer systems update to 15.0 or 16.0 but we’ll celebrate using the more accessible 14.0. For those about to learn piano, we 🫡!
Just taking a short break from all that national and cultural pride -so many anthems, so many tunings! I noticed that Bon Jovi is coming to play in HOuston on April 26th!!! Wow!
Well, friends;
In honor of those things we call "countries" that most of us good people live in, we offer Anthems From Around the World in Tunings From Around The World. Of course, in the interest of spreading the love and interest in what makes other cultures wonderful, the Tunings are applied to the Anthems randomly, making for some interesting "marriages" of musical structure and tonal flavor.
Peace, Happiness, and best wishes to all Denizens of the Planet, as well as any visitors, of course.
This week the robot will be playing Television themes in various modalities of even-more-various tuning scales. It's particularly enjoyable because TV Themes are so well known and -often- not so loved. Nice to hear another version.
Enjoy!
